Monica LeBansky is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations and Marketing at Empowered. With nearly a decade of experience in digital marketing, Monica has supported a wide range of businesses in developing authentic and effective online identities through website development, branding, social media management, and email strategy. She has also spent the last seven years on the management team of her local yoga studio, where she honed her skills in community-building, communication, and compassionate leadership.

Monica’s professional path is deeply informed by her own recovery journey from alcoholism and addiction over the last 12 years. In early sobriety, she worked in the recovery field, gaining first hand understanding of the courage, vulnerability, and commitment needed for healing. These experiences shape the way she shows up at Empowered—with kindness, authenticity, and a grounded presence. Monica values being prompt, organized, and meticulous, bringing structure and steadiness to the behind-the-scenes work that supports both clients and clinicians. She is dedicated to creating an environment where people feel respected, welcomed, and cared for from their very first interaction with the program.

Outside of work, Monica loves spending time with her husband, their daughter, and their dog, exploring the world together. She enjoys weightlifting, practicing and teaching yoga, getting outside, and metal music.
